An article posted on Market Watch referenced an article published in a May 2016 supplement to The American Journal of Managed Care^® (AJMC^®), titled “Economic Burden of Multiple Sclerosis and the Role of Managed Care Organizations in Multiple Sclerosis Management.” In assessing the burden of multiple sclerosis, researchers said treatment should be individualized, and shared decision-making between patients and health care providers must be preserved.
