Patrick Geraghty Discusses the Relationship Between Health Plans and its Membership

Mr. Geraghty points out a variety of ways to engage a health plan's members.

Patrick Geraghty, Chairman & CEO, Blue Cross Blue Shield of Florida, states that community outreach helps a great deal in building trust with Florida Blue's membership. Engaging the consumers personally with community service and online tools will also strengthen the relationship a health plan has with its members.
