Matt Dickson is a versatile leader with strong operational management experience and expertise providing IT, product, and process solutions in the health care industry for nearly 25 years. Prior to joining Stericycle, Matt served as vice president of data analytics for Conduent Payment Integrity Solutions, a global business process outsourcing company with more than 85,000 employees in 40 countries. While at Conduent, Matt built predictive models to identify overpayments for health care payers leading to a 60% increase in identification rates.
Prior to his time working with Payment Integrity Solutions, Matt worked in several other verticals and horizontals at Conduent where he led storage and database teams, which reduced storage expenditures by 85% in his first year. Matt also served as vice president of strategic operations where he won an award for product innovation of the year.
Matt is a graduate of Northern Illinois University and completed a master’s degree at Southern New Hampshire University where he won the Outstanding Student Award for having the highest GPA of graduating students in their respective major while earning his advanced degree in data analytics.
