Jennifer Baron

Jennifer Baron is focused on how federal and state policy can drive value-based, dignified care for underserved populations. She currently leads policy efforts for Cityblock Health, a value-based provider and innovator serving communities with complex needs. She was previously a Senior Advisor with the Centers for Medicare & Medicaid Services, where she designed and implemented state demonstrations to integrate care for individuals dually eligible for Medicare and Medicaid.
