Consumer-facing applications, like online registration and appointment booking options, meet basic needs. More progressive methods, like digital provider-patient communication and prescription requests, help patients better understand their health data and improve their health.

“Technology is part of our DNA; it runs through the whole organization, so we focus on patient-centered operations that are supported by technology,” said Dr Lee.
