Geisinger Receives Top J.D. Power Ranking

The study measures satisfaction among members of 149 health plans in 21 regions of the United States.

Geisinger Health Plan has been ranked the best health plan in Pennsylvania by J.D. Power in its 2020 US Commercial Health Plan Study, which measures customer satisfaction with their health plan.

The study measures satisfaction among members of 149 health plans in 21 regions of the United States.
