Transcript:Do you see wearable technology as providing a benefit for patients with Parkinson disease?
So wearable technology in the assessment and diagnosis of Parkinson disease is a growing field, and that’s something that’s certainly gaining a lot of steam. Being able to monitor these patients that are otherwise immobile and require special attention or special time coming into clinic offices is certainly something that is very helpful. I think the telemovement is poised to provide access to movement disorder specialists in many different areas where these physicians don’t exist or these resources don’t exist.
