What are your expectations for managed care over the next 20 years?

I would expect that manged care is going to be rapidly refined and driven more and more toward patient-reported outcomes. And we're going to find managed care organizations finding ways to bring the patient voice and the patient experience much more into how they design their processes of care, having people be able to receive much more care at home or manage more of it themselves with mobile apps and other kinds of devices.

And I think the creative that is going to be driven is going to be really exciting to look forward to.
