A piece by Digital Journal referenced an article published in a supplement to The American Journal of Managed Care® (AJMC®). The article, “Update on the Management of Chronic Idiopathic Constipation,” addressed emerging research on novel agents that have been shown to be both efficacious and safe for the treatment of chronic idiopathic constipation.

An article by Becker's ASC Review noted a study published in The American Journal of Accountable Care®, sister journal to AJMC®, “Impact of Payment Models on Medical Specialist Physician Practice Patterns.” The study discussed how to best align physician practices with health system goals in order to optimize patient outcomes and improve health system efficiency.

An article by PatientEngagementHIT cited a study published in the December 2020 issue of AJMC®, titled “Implementing a Targeted Approach to Social Determinants of Health Interventions.” The study advised against a one-size-fits-all approach to social determinants of health interventions, instead calling for a more targeted approach.

A piece by Fierce Pharma cited an article by AJMC®’s sister site The Center for Biosimilars®, titled “Samsung Bioepis and Organon Seek to Enter the Market for High-Concentration Adalimumab.” The article covered the announcement that Samsung Bioepis and Organon are seeking FDA approval for a biosimilar high-concentration, citrate-free formulation (100 mg/mL) of adalimumab.
