GPBCH Issues Action Brief on Obesity Drug Coverage

The Greater Philadephia Business Coalition on Health (GPBCH) issued a member action brief on "Covering Prescription Weight Loss Therapies to Address Obesity," which reviews the available evidence on effectiveness and safety (including side effects) of the new generation of obesity drugs and recommends that employers consider covering these drugs in concert with lifestyle change programs.

On March 7, the Greater Philadephia Business Coalition on Health (GPBCH) issued a member action brief on "Covering Prescription Weight Loss Therapies to Address Obesity."
